CHANGE OF MIND We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [purpleshade16@yahoo.com] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
RETURNS If a return is approved:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
AUSTRALIA ORDERS Our products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
PHILIPPINES ORDERS Orders shipped to the Philippines are subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times may vary. Refunds for international orders are assessed case by case.
